Counts – Mitchells Plain

Mitchell's Plain Bird Counts

This is a working partnership with the City of Cape Town and the Cape Bird Club.

Mitchell’s Plain Waste Water Treatment Works is situated along the Baden Powell Drive and Spine Roads area. This is a new monitoring site and the data collected is proving to be valuable for seasonal  bird presence and movement.

Counts take place once a month at 09h00.
