On the Bloutoring Road halfway between Touws River and Montagu is a farm adjacent to the Anysberg Nature Reserve called Bloutoring, away from it all.

Klein Karoo

Red Stone Hills – Klein Karoo
Just off the Route 62, beyond Calitzdorp near the foothills of the Swartberg range, is an interesting geological area, for birding.

Keisie Cottages – Klein Karoo
Along the R62 in the Keisie Valley near Montagu below the Burger Pass and the Langeberg is a working fruit farm with scenic views and good birding.

Kruisrivier Guest Farm – Klein Karoo
Off the Route 62, beyond Calitzdorp on an alternate road to the Cango Caves and the Swartberg Pass. Also offers good birding with local history.

Overberg

Whipstock Guest Farm – Overberg
Near McGregor on the road to nowhere. The Konings River flows along the farm. The Riviersonderend Mountains are the nearby vista. There are 4 habitat types on this small farm.
Rietvlei Cottage was the original farm house built in 1840.

Lismore Cottages – Overberg
Near Suurbraak, next to the Buffeljags River on a working dairy farm. The River Cottage has a beautiful setting for a quite time away, opposite some remaining natural riverine forest.

Somerset Gift Getaway Farm – Overberg

West Coast
