This is a working relationship with the City of Cape Town and the Zandvlei Trust.
The ‘Friends of Bokmakierie Park’ and the regular group were back, at what we have now named Grysbok Park, the land described as in February 2007 report. Una Hartley found a sizable Grysbok midden in use which is wonderful to know.

We removed Rooikrans and Manatoka trees. A wood seller on the side of the road came and helped take away the larger trunks of Rooikrans to sell as braai wood. So someone from the community benefited financially from the work we did on Saturday afternoon.
We also filled and removed 8 large bags of litter from the site.
