Evening Meeting: The impact of climate change on desert lark species in South Africa – Speaker: Matthew Orolowitz

  Meet at 19h30. Climate change poses a significant threat to biodiversity, prompting animals to adapt their behaviour to mitigate its impacts. The role of body size has been identified as a potential factor influencing species’ vulnerability, with larger birds suggested to be more at risk. However, these findings often overlook the diversity of foraging methods within avian species.
