The venue has changed to Strandfontein Sewage Works because the water levels at Rondevlei are very low.

Meet in the parking area at the first building (a large brown, painted building on your right) before the start of the pans.

If you have a scope, please bring it with you.

Directions: For those coming from the north, take the M5 down to the Ottery Road turn-off and turn left. Continue past the Ottery Hypermarket to the New Ottery Road and turn right into Strandfontein Road. Proceed through Lotus River to the False Bay Eco Park turn-off, with a KFC shop visible, where you turn right and continue until you get to a circle. At the circle, take the second exit to the left (into Catbird Street), proceed through a stop street and continue down Flowerpecker Street for about half a kilometre to the checkpoint. (Flowerpecker is a residential road to the left of a small area of reeds.) Continue a few kilometres; the road takes a sharp turn to the left to the meeting place.

Those coming from the Muizenberg side should travel along Baden Powell Drive and turn left into Strandfontein Road (M17). Continue to the False Bay Eco Park turn-off.
