This is how you can - buy a wooden owl box from a Committee member and; They are very well made of durable wood.

• install it at home,

• at work,

• on your farm,

• at your local school,

• or place of worship.

• Tell your employer about the project if you cant afford to buy a box. 

• Club in with a few friends and collectively buy a box and put it up in an agreed suitable place.

• Buy one for some one who can not afford one.

Read more about the importance of owls and the boxes they need for shelter. They in turn will help keep your neighbourhood free of many problem rodents.
They will also help to balance the over population of a variety of smaller birds and some insects as well.
Then you will also be contributing
